Integrative consultation
Counseling
A physician's perspective beside a practitioner's, in words — health and spiritual wellness, talked through. We look at what you're carrying — sleep, stress, habits, direction — and build a practice you can actually keep. Complementary to your medical care, never a replacement for it.
Intake first, then a time. Dr. Kwon confirms every session personally — nothing is charged through this site.

Session anatomy
What actually happens, start to finish.
- 0–10 min01
What brought you here
You talk. I listen and ask questions. Nothing is diagnosed and nothing is promised.
- 10–35 min02
Mapping it to the body
We trace what you're describing through the cascade — structure, breath, hormones, brainwaves, emotion — so the felt sense gets a physical map. Talking is the surface layer, and sometimes it is as far as a thing needs taking. Where it is not, I may read the energy as part of the conversation, to look for the cause from a different angle and for what would actually shift it.
- 35–55 min03
Building the practice
One or two practices, chosen for your life rather than an ideal one. Specific enough to start tomorrow.

Written summary
You receive notes on what we discussed and the practice we chose, so you aren't relying on memory.
This is for you if
- You want considered guidance from someone medically trained who also takes the inner life seriously
- You have a practice that has stalled, or no practice and don't know where to begin
- You are navigating a decision and want a clear head, not a prescription
What this is not
This is not a medical consultation. I will not diagnose you, prescribe for you, or manage a condition. If something you describe needs a doctor where you live, I will say so plainly and tell you to go.
What I do not do
- I do not tell fortunes. Nothing here predicts your future, and I will not be drawn into it.
- I do not do relationship counseling, and I will not read your relationships for you.
- I do not read a person who has not asked me to — not your partner, not your family, not someone you are worried about.
Counseling is something you ask for yourself. The one exception is a person who genuinely cannot ask — someone in a coma, or otherwise unable to speak for themselves — where the request properly comes from whoever is responsible for their care.
Questions
Do you work in Korean or English?
Both. Say which you prefer when you book.
What if I'm in a completely different timezone?
The booking calendar shows my availability in your local time automatically. I am based in Southeast Asia (UTC+7) and keep hours that reach both Asia and the Americas.
Not sure which one fits?
The reading is the smallest door — a few minutes, and you will be told honestly whether anything longer is worth your money. Counseling is the next one up.
